Beyond the Ordinary: Torie Smith’s Journey of Soul, Consciousness and Transformation
There are parts of my journey, where I felt as though I was being taken for a ride. Holding on for dear life — still, with an underlying knowing of being protected by a divine force.
I remember my mom telling me, at a young age, “You’re not in charge, God is”. Something about that statement, gave my being permission to put my hands up and fully surrender to the experience.
I’ve ridin’ the rails of this life.
I’ve experienced high-high’s and low-low’s. I feel like when one experiences such a dramatic gamut, it really illuminates the foundational truths of one’s character, heart, organic ways of operating and encoded truth’s.
The level of self awareness that’s revealed, defined and crafted, when we pop out the otherside, is a version of Self that was once unfathomable.

Behind The Scenes:
Personally, I really enjoy getting to see behind the scenes, the tapes before the edit, “the making of”… I think it’s incredibly valuable, and important to have as much transparency and accuracy as possible. I like to share the original interview questions to my articles for a few reasons (beyond the before mentioned). It allows the reader to see the process from the original to the end result, to experience the story in my actual diction; allowing them to get a clearer understanding of who I am — accuracy is important to me.
Interview Article Questions
1. Tell us about your background and journey so far.
Apparently I signed up for the wildest, fastest rollercoaster in the park.
My journey thus far has been a multidimensional ride, that speaks volumes as to who I am on an individual Soul level.
I’ve ridden the rails of this life, fearless, ballsy and yet simultaneously grounded and observant. I’ve observed an obvious experience of dual realities; finessing both, extracting the golden nuggets along the way.
I’ve witnessed an illumination of universal truths, and experienced a process of being taken for a ride while simultaneously choosing resonance and defining my own truth.
There is a facet of my journey that feels incredibly beyond me, encoded. Then there are details that allow me to choose which me I want to be, designing, co-creating.
There has been this finesse walk from who I was born as, to who I am to become, that I have been witnessing all along.
There is a neutral core within observing and then a Soul presents; engaged, attached and emotionally invested.
Both, navigating a balance between personal and impersonal — business and relationship.
I was born into a very fast adult world; I found sanity, balance and meaning in nature, friendship, art and self expression.
I attended AA before I graduated high school and then went off to graduate college at the top of my class. By the time I was 21 I had navigated substance abuse, eating disorders, sexual intimacy and body dysmorphia; somehow while succeeding in other areas of life.
Intimate relationships have always been my stickiest experience. They require stillness, patience and compassion and part of me is organically going mach-one.
Finding the balance of just the right pace, has been a constant journey. A self mastery experience of knowing when to hit the gas, when to let off, when to go and when to pause.
Entering the hospitality industry changed my life. I learned consumption science, connected with humanity in a way I never had before, and discovered a version of myself my teenage self never thought possible.
Then, I became a mom and a wife and I transformed again; new lens, new priorities, new heart space, new drive, focus and pace.
Then I started channeling; I transformed again. This time on a quantum level, galactic level, holographic level. A level of innersanding The Universe, I never saw coming.
2. What makes your work or business unique?
My business is a direct Soul refection of me. Although, I articulate for a living, this one is a bit more experiential.
I’ve spent the last 20 years walking with an intention of creating a business that honors humanity, that is soul resonant and a direct pivot from the atrociousness of the experience.
My brain and organic self expression is quite down the rabbit hole, with a grounding in reality that allows one to experience the out of this world, while remaining in practicality and applicable — so is my business.
I live in the real world and the ethereal simultaneously, I bring both knowings to the table; bridging the gap between the tangle and intangible.
I make Galactic exploration and remembering easy, and enjoyably curious.
3.) Share one achievement you’re most proud of.
As I mentioned before, my intimate relationships have been a sticky place for me. I’m incredibly independent, laser focused and full steam ahead, in many aspects.
Marrying my best friend, forced me to sit on a curb. The experience, revealed a level of patience, compassion, selflessness and grace that was not only painful but necessary.
Loving someone so unconditionally that it rocks you, breaks you down, breaks your heart and reveals your true nature; simultaneously inspiring you and allowing you to define and declare your true self, in the process.
Genuinely giving a shit about the human heart, is by far the achievement I am most proud of.
I grew up in a generation that has a distinctive pulse, allowing me to cut through generations that seemed to have forgotten about it.
I feel blessed to have been able to see it, feel it and hug it. It has felt like returning home; but it did not come without significant “programming” shedding.
4. What challenges have you faced, and how did you overcome them?
I have faced many challenges, and I leaned on my internal (heart resonate) knowing, every time.
I’ve lived a life without judgement, of Self or others. Embracing a higher power that seems to hold me in protection; an energy encoded in unconditional love.
No matter the challenge, I focus on my competence, my ability to navigate any waters, The Universe’s VIP treatment — I ground into an encoded knowing of Galactic Royalty.
5. What is your vision for the future?
Where everyone knows their worthiness, encoded flawlessness and conscious creation abilities.
A future where our emotional intelligence has come into alignment with our encoded quantum abilities.
A future where treat each other as equal; the illusion of hierarchy is fully dissolved and those who have been functioning from a false belief of authority and entitled selfishness have been humbled.
A future where all products are made with pure organic ingredients, straight from mother natures heart and hands.
A future where our world, once more, reflects the level of creativity, craftsmanship and intricate detail and beauty of the human heart.
6. How do you stay motivated and relevant in your field?
Humanity. The people of this planet, inspire me every single day. I see their hearts, their magnificence, their power and passion.
I would not be me without the reflection, love, feedback and embrace of everyone here.
My own needs and desires are rarely enough to motivate me. It’s providing a new world and reality for others; those I love, cherish, respect and adore that truly keeps me moving forward, innovating.
7. What advice would you give to aspiring women leaders and professionals?
Build a life/business that is a direct reflection of your Soul and organic ways of operating, so that nothing feels like work and all feels like play, adventure and Self expression.
Make sure that it simultaneously supports and honors humanity, sustainability and the good of all, or go back to the drawing board.
Who you are and how you treat others, is your actual brand and your legacy. How you make people feel in your company is your actual business.
The systems, products and energetic abundance that comes from them are incredibly straight forward (when crafted from integrity); don’t misconstrue the purpose of business, it’s to support and enrich humanity and the environment in which homes us.
