We start with the basics and grow into becoming a harmonic master. Knowing how to energetically clear and navigate upgrades is something you will learn to do skillfully and confidently.

I grew up in the beauty salon and spa world — I had a facial regiment by the time I was ten years old. My mom was a manicurist (closet hairdresser) and a Mary Kay Consultant, my entire life. I personally became infatuated with organics when I was fifteen, trying to figure out how to eat in a way that didn’t make me fearful of what it was going to do to my body. As I got older and started having children I went down a road of making sure everything we put in our bodies and on our bodies was clean and pure. For years my beauty routine simply included organic coconut oil, baking soda, castor oil and vitamin e; then I discovered Ayurvedic beauty techniques.
