
As most of you know I have been going through speaker training with The Speaker Lab®. It’s been an amazing experience; allowing me figure out how to bring my hospitality career, spirit advisory (channeling insight) and life experience together. In a way that I can assist the companies and brands of the world to function in a more heart and humanity centered way of operating.
During my time with The Speaker Lab®, I met an incredible gentleman named Mo Nelson. Mo is an emotional intelligence coach, speaker, and author dedicated to helping professionals develop self-awareness, accountability, and emotional mastery; to elevate their performance within their respective careers and helping them become a more effective leader — providing balance & structure between the workplace and personal lives.
After spending time in prison, Mo transformed his life by embracing personal growth and emotional intelligence. Drawing from his own experiences, Mo empowers individual to make better choices, understand their emotional triggers, and take control of their lives.
