As the collective consciousness rises, and old programming dissolves — the energetic experience can be quite the rollercoaster ride. As we are all transforming and metamorphosizing, coming into our Galactic truth of infinicy and conscious oneness with all that is — our quantum gifts and holographic truths are swiftly presenting themselves.
Many are experiencing necessary periods of rest. Allowing the Universe to take our hand and show us the beauty of stillness and what life looks like at different paces, as new cosmic truths integrate, can be a huge change for some. As each individual experiences their cocoon phase, it’s important to remain judgement free.
There are many narratives out there about what it entails to expand and what is necessary to evolve. One of my least favorite narratives being peddled is that enlightenment and expansion requires pain, suffering and struggle; this is not accurate. It is one way, but it is not the only way.
We have way more say so over our experience than one might think. We are incharge of the narratives and stories we tell, and we have the ability to redefine the relationships, labels and perspectives we have about our entire experience.
We are alchemists, and we have the ability to not allow what’s being presented to be personalized and in turn transmute all into unconditional love and craft a reality that genuinely supports us; our heart, Soul, Spirit, dreams and desires.
At the end of the day all is a neutral mirror to simply perceive ourselves through; we choose what we resonate with, we choose the beliefs in which we subscribe to, we craft the stories in which we live through, all of which can be rewritten and redefined at any moment.
I want to share a voice memo I received from a dear friend. It’s a look at how one empath is perceiving and navigating their transformational experience; by going with the flow of the unexpected elements that are presenting themselves during this current phase of collective metamorphosis (with unconditional love and grace, while dissolving social programming).
