One moment, Torie was living a conventional life; the next, she was channeling ancient wisdom and telepathically communicating with a higher frequency. What started as a personal awakening soon evolved into a transformative philosophy that guides individuals toward resilience, authenticity, and higher consciousness.

She had always sensed that she carried knowledge from past lives, seamlessly continuing from where she left off rather than beginning anew. Every experience, challenge, and lesson throughout her life seemed to align for a greater purpose: to empower others to embrace their true selves fearlessly.

Empathic Gangster® – Questionnaire
The purpose of this profile is to give readers, including potential clients and business partners, a clear understanding of Empathic Gangster®. It will outline the company’s services and solutions while highlighting the strategies used to remain competitive in the market. The profile will also emphasize the company’s strengths and its unique value proposition for customers globally.
To assist with this, we have prepared a series of questions for which we request your thoughtful responses.
Questions directed to Torie Smith:
1. What inspired you to create Empathic Gangster®? If possible, kindly provide your personal and professional background in short.
The creation of Empathic Gangster® was one I never saw coming. In 2018, The Universe rip-corded me off of my current path and slung shot me onto another one — I was simply along for the ride.
One day I was just a normal girl and the next, I was channeling ancient information and telepathically communicating with Source frequency. Empathic Gangster® started birthing itself through me. I immediately began to see how every moment of my existence and every skill set I had picked up along the way was about to serve and be utilized.
I’ve lived my life in a very specific kind of way. As I discovered more about my unique role here, and specific seat number within the experience, I saw how it all played into my particular ways of operating.
I noticed a few times throughout my life, that I was born with certain knowing(s), like everything I have ever learned (in previous lives) was encoded within, and I was simply picking up where I left off.
There’s a version of me that has been an adult, since I was a child.
2. How does your personal philosophy influence the projects and initiatives featured on Empathic Gangster?
I spent years in a fully immersed channel session, where I was able to comb through my entire life’s journey, viewing it through the lens of Galactic Law. Which allowed me to release old epigenetic programming, rewrite and redefine my relationship with myself and with this experience as a whole.
The innerstandings I have gathered throughout my life have allowed me to truly root in and clearly distinguish what my actual truth is, and what was social programming simply playing out.
Our realities, individually and collectively are a direct reflection of our belief system. I basically scratched mine; started with Galactic Law as my foundation and then integrated the wisdom/perspective/innerstanding from my personal experiences, and went from there.
I often kept coming across these blanket statements, about “people” that were NOT the experience I have ever had with them. I realized that the lens in which I see life and humanity is incredibly custom to my heart, my vantage point, and my specific filtration system.
I was born with a zoomed-out perspective and a naturally neutral, yet sunny disposition. You hear people use the expression “rose coloured glasses”, I have, more like technicolored rainbow glasses and a disco ball in my brain, ready to get down with my bad self and whoever else wants to join, at any moment.
I also have the ability to see people’s competency, magnificence, and brilliance, simply organically (and I hold them to it). All of these organic ways of operating allow me to support humanity (and my clients) in a way that allow them to breakout into their most vivacious self, in my presence.
Once we experience a frequency, it becomes a new set point within our internal reality, we can then tap into that knowing and make it our constant.
3. What is the significance of the term “Galactic Law”?
Galactic Law is a term I use to represent The Spiritual Laws that govern The Universe, they are set and encoded within the experience, continuously governing and flowing through our reality.
Once an individual has embodied these knowing’s (Laws), the clarity that it creates is profound. For example, just one Galactic Law is that all is neutral; nothing means anything but the meaning we are choosing to provide it.
Humanity personalizes allot, and the current system is built on, “this means this, and that means that”, and it does not. It means nothing, until we (personally) provide it a meaning.
The Universe is encoded with three things: Neutrality (zero-point energy field), Abundance and Unconditional love. EVERYTHING else is simply a story, we have all been reflecting and projecting into the collective experience.
4. Can you elaborate on the “HARMONiC LiViNG™” practices and their intended impact?
(In a nutshell) there is an energetic and ethereal reality and there is a physical reality. Harmonic Living™ is about having the conscious awareness of them all, as they flow together and play out through our specific vessels.
Allowing the individual to resonate at a frequency that feels cosmically flawless (which is our true state), riding the waves of abundance flow states.
Harmonic Living™ practices are the first step, they are geared towards the physical experience; consumption, intentional environmental reflection, and life design. Fine-tuning, playing with and intentionally/intuitively crafting the “so within, so without” experience.
5. Could you share more about the “ASK TORiE™ [UNSCRiPTED] Podcast” and its main themes?
Everything I do is incredibly specific and reflectionary of my organic ways of operating, how I operate is also a reflection of my innerstanding of how the experience works.
I chose YouTube as the platform because it is the one I used to facilitate my own awakening experience. I created my podcast with minimal visual aspects. I encourage people to sit back and relax and simply listen to the sound of my voice.
When our eyes are open the brain is continuously registering all the information in sight. When we close our eyes, we are then able to tap into the subtle nuances of different information. I want people to be tuned into the sound, heart, and personality, behind the share.
Creating a podcast was vitally important to sharing my perspective in a Universal language. I did my due diligence to express myself; bringing people along, to get an inside scoop and a behind the scenes look at the creative process and the building of Empathic Gangster®. While sharing [Unscripted] interviews and the months juiciest topics and stories… while leading by example.
I’ve been a bartender my entire professional career. Facilitating responsible, celebrational frequency consumption is a passion of mine. Having the ability to connect and communicate with humanity on a daily basis is an ideal complimentary experience to Spirit Advisory, it allows me to have a present moment pulse on the conscious awareness of humanity and the current conversation of the times.
The conversations I have at the bar are opportunities to truly deep dive (I serve allot of professionals, from a multitude of industries), they also present patterns, which allow me to craft the conversations I present on ASK TORIE.
Who I am Universally and who I am intimately differs significantly (obviously, language differs based on the specific ethereal essence(s) at play). I am incredibly pleased with what I was able to create and articulate from a Universal standpoint. Who I am in person, however, is an entirely different experience, and I am incredibly excited to explore this planet and get to know everyone one-on-one, without cameras!
* I grew up in the 90’s, when smart phones did not exist. I prefer to live my life as close to that way of living, as much as possible. I find it brings me; peace, simplicity, straight forwardness, genuine connection, and a reality that makes me feel foundationally, like I did as a kid — free.
6. What are the objectives of the “GALACTIC ATTUNEMENT™(℠) | The EXPERIENCE” service?
Harmonic Living™practices are more about intentional reflectionary physical design, where the Galactic Attunement™ Experience is about discovering oneself with-in the experience, 360 degrees; Galactically, Cosmically, Ethereally, Celestially and Holographically.
Most people have yet to discover that we are holographic at our core, meaning that we are Cosmically flawless by design, and infinite. The beliefs we have had about what it means to be human are very far from the accuracy of our whole truth.
The tunnel vision wisdom of the physical experience, we all just lived through was imperative for us to have a specific foundational innerstanding of what it entails to be human, in this vessel and to coexist together. It has allowed us to tap into our heart space; creating humility, gratitude, compassion, and respect for others. It also allowed for self-awareness, self-discovery, and self-expansion.
Experiencing the 3D this way has unavoidably allowed us to enjoy and discover the beauty that is stillness. Everything is energy and frequency, moving swiftly — to be able to experience stillness is gift only these human suits could provide.
As Gods foundationally, which we all are; that’s a pace that does not experience much stillness. So, this physical 3D experience is quite a treat, to our Soul. To have the ability to slow down enough, to feel, is a precious gift.
That being said, the Galactic Attunement™Experience is a fully multidimensional experience.
There is Galactic Law and then there is the experience that I provide, that creates innerstanding of what Galactic Law entails. Utilizing my artistic talents, I craft personalized and customized energetic/ethereal experiences. While simultaneously, diving into ones Energetic Complex and Galactically Attuning one’s belief system on a foundational level.
7. What motivated the submission of empathicgangster.com for a Webby Award?
In 2020, I pivoted from mainstream business practices. I started experiencing overwhelm, burnout and simply realized I just was not honouring myself. That is when I started to truly craft a brand that was a reflection of my soul and my organic ways of operating, so that everything I did, simply felt like play and self-expression, with organization as a foundation.
I submitted my personal blog/website (www.empathicgangster.com) in an effort to share the magik, perspectives and wisdom of Galactic Law and Divine Cosmic Consciousness with others.
I love opportunities like these; which allow me to put the information in front of, and in the hands of top professionals — giving them the opportunity to discover the perspectives that have metamorphosized my entire existence.
I’m not “award(s)” motivated. I do things for the love of the experience, the people I get to meet and in this case the opportunity to provide others an opportunity to discover this information.
I see myself as more of a gardener, than a competitor; I drop seeds of perspective here and there and allow others to water and nature them, if they want to experience that reflection blossom and bloom through their experience.
8. Could you discuss the significance of the “2025 Madrid Station Art Exhibition” and your role in it?
The Madrid Station Exhibition is a unique exhibition that coincides with the prestigious ARCO art fair, it attracts thousands of collectors, art enthusiasts, and professionals to Madrid, Spain. The exhibition is strategically located in Nuevos Ministerios station, a key hub on Line 8 (my lucky number), which connects directly to IFEMA, the heart of theARCO art fair.
Contemporary Art Station converts the “Nuevos Ministerios Station” into an art exhibition at Madrid’s underground station, giving artists the opportunity to have their art printed and displayed in a big-scale poster in Nuevos Ministerios Station (Madrid), with an estimated 2.8 million people a day over a one month period.
This year, the posters will be displayed at Nuevos Ministerios Station from 1st of March, till 31st of March (2025) covering ARCO and the Madrid Art Month. My art piece “Ethereal Magik” will be featured in this years (2025) Madrid Station Art Exhibition.
Art has played a pivotal role in my life; first navigating teenage hood, and now presently, allowing me to express the visual aspects of my reality I cannot quite articulate. My art journey, just like my life, has been one that has felt incredibly destined and incredibly “beyond me”.
As a Channeler that channels information specifically from the year 2092, visual art has allowed me to bring my experience to life, in a way I never could have imagined. As I bring together my first physical Galactic Attunement℠ Office space, here in Las Vegas — art will be the driving force of the experience.
Rather than contribute to the information overwhelm on this planet, I have decided to take a different approach.
In conjunction with in-office and “house call” experiences; as a graphic artist I have chosen to utilize my artistic abilities and wild imagination to craft interactive artistic/energetic experiences that take humanity on mind adventures, that allow them to discover their own Cosmic magnificence.
Allowing the individual to create their own unique articulation, relationship and innerstanding of their experience and “the experience” as a whole; through my innerstanding and creative representation of Galactic Law and Divine Cosmic Consciousness.
I love adventure, art, play, making memories and unforgettable experiences. Nothing about me is beige, so going in the direction of typical therapy sessions and lecture based intellectual property sharing, isn’t really my thing.
Imagine riding a rollercoaster that delivers you to a new level of Galactic knowing, simply organically. I am a huge believer in the idea that, the more lighthearted and playful “serious” topics are experienced; the more productive, applicable, and digestible they are.
9. What prompted the decision to join the World Economic Forum, and what contributions are anticipated?
I kept hearing that, The World Economic Forum, is where the conversations that have an effect on global change, go down. I wanted to join the conversation. As someone who has pertinent information, and is focused on accuracy, of what it means to be human 360 degrees (which is something that always needs to be considered when making decisions). I know the perspective I have to offer, is worth hearing.
The World Economic Forum (WEF) is a non-profit organization that brings together leaders from business, politics, and other fields to address global issues. The WEF’s goal is to improve the state of the world through public-private cooperation.
I am excited to hear what the conversations are and have the ability to add my two cents. One of my favorite things about how my vessel operates its ability to effortlessly and effectively; transmute, alchemize, transform and metamorphosize the environments I walk into. This is something I am excited about, stepping into this arena.
10. How does the “Shifting PAIN into POWER” initiative support individuals in their personal growth?
Shifting Pain into Power was one of the first YouTube video series, I put out, when I was discovering what it entails to be empathic. This also coincided with my experience of personally rewriting and redefining my relationship with my own story. Allowing others to join me, in rewriting theirs.
I discovered that pain stems from the stories we tell ourselves about the experiences we’ve had. I also discovered that personalization, victimization, demonization, scepticism, unconscious dramatization, being too zoomed in and imperative physical practices were necessary to shift and pivot and integrate, in order to let go, clear the floor, and start from scratch.
This video series is no longer live and active because I was quantum leaping so fast, that the language I used in the videos became too inaccurate to keep. I am all about present moment accuracy and making sure people have access to it, always (which is why I go through all of my articles regularly to ensure it).
The series was also too one dimensional to provide what others truly deserved. So, even though this video series is no longer live and active, all of its golden nugget wisdom and hindsight knowing is organically woven into my current offerings. The language is just now Galactically Attuned and no longer reflects “mainstream” programming.
