Who I am in person is an experience, an experience I’ve really only shared with a handful of individuals (10K or so). I’ve known that I would have to step out of the shadows and into the light in order to really see the changes, I know are possible.
From my perspective, I have lived my life incredibly low key, incognito, on the DL… I’ve gone back and forth multiple times about whether I want to stay in the background or not, and have given deep thought as to just how visible I want to be. I have zero interest in fame, I prefer to be well known; like I have been throughout my life.
Growing up in small town, going to a private art school, living in a mountain town, being a bartender; I’m someone whole towns, communities and all walks of life have come to know. I don’t ever want that to change, I just want to remain simply, Torie — but on a global scale.
I wasn’t quite sure how to share what I am with the world, or know if it was even possible. I have had to come up with ways for people to get to know me and my personality; so that what I have to say lands properly. I need people to know me as well as they know their best friend, for the sake of heart accuracy and intent. I want people to be able to say, “it’s Torie, I know exactly what she meant!”
The Universe works in mysterious ways — my awakening come through experiencing all the things we’re told not to do, not to love, not to enjoy. I’ve never judged or shamed myself, simply enjoyed all that life has to offer, in a playful, light hearted, celebrational frequency.
I walked myself through industry and nothing really spoke to my Soul or really impressed me. What did excite me, was my own creative ideas; that were being inspired by not wanting to do it the way, it was being taught. This taught me how to perceive all as a neutral mirror and showed me how I am the one who extracts the golden nuggets, wisdom and meaning of things.
I started to understand that teachers don’t necessarily teach, they simply share neutral information. It’s up to the “student” to highlight what’s relevant, what’s important, what’s worth remembering. Then, utilizing the information that personally stood out, we can craft something useful and universally supportive.
I typically look at things from multiple angles. Have many conversations with myself about the concept(s) at hand; from as many perspectives as possible, putting myself in every version of myself’s shoes and then of those I know. There are many layers of thought and feels that have gone into a single sentence, I share these days.
I share my thoughts on topics with others, just to get their insight as to what resonates with them, in order to witness the patterns within the human experience. This also helps me nail down the articulation, in the most Universal language possible; then I can put a torie-twist on it.

The imagery in this article was taken at a moment in my life, when quantum magik was first presenting itself. EMPATHIC GANGSTER® was swiftly birthing itself through me and I was experiencing my new telepathic reality for the first time.
Because you are just discovering me, I thought that it was incredibly fitting to share the exact frequency, of the moment in which I too was discovering “me”.
BEHIND THE SCENES:
It still cracks me up, to see the interpretation others have of my words. The initial article for this piece was incredibly theatrical, and as entertaining as it was, I had to go in and ensure experiential accuracy. It is important to me that the sharing of my story is as accurate as possible, to the actual experience that I had.

Your Profile (Brief Background about your early years, education, family, friends, career including ups & downs)
You could say, I was born into a party. Both, my father, and grandfather were jet boat racers. Fast cars, fast boats, fast lifestyle. Thankfully, I grew up in the country, riding motorcycles, adventuring, and exploring all that mother nature and sports had to offer. Which allowed for a beautiful balance between speed, physicality, and tranquillity.
As one could imagine, I grew up quickly, living in a reality where you either, “use your head, or lose your head”. Due to the adult nature of my childhood, I swiftly became an incredibly independent, competent, and confident young adult. So confident, it often bordered on the line of reckless.
With a thirst for music, art, entertainment, socializing and adrenaline, I found myself enamoured by friendship, design, technology, dance and psychology.
By the time I was done with High School, I was already living a very independent adult lifestyle. The day I left my hometown, heading to college, I remember having a distinct cognitive conversation with myself. That one day I would return, as a motivational speaker, to speak to teenagers (to have the conversation I wish someone would have had with me) about the pivotal raw era of our lives that we forever draw inspiration from.
About your Business or Profession: How did it all begin? What was the IDEA behind it?
My entire life has been leading to this point. A multilayered journey, with a wide range of skill sets that I never could have imagined would come together to prepare me for what lies ahead.
My entire life has felt incredibly beyond me, like I have been riding this ride, I had no control over. Every facet of it, serving as innerstanding, in order to prepare me for this unknown inevitable.
I have played in many arenas (design, art, fashion, party facilitation and now, Spirit Advisory), but there has always been this underlying pattern of depth, heart, friendship, and creativity, at the core.
I noticed, especially after writing STOP SELLING…, that my personality and my organic ways of operating were what has made me successful. I have been a bartender most of my life. The night I was approached by Source frequency, was not a part of my conscious plans. I had no idea I was about to spend the next six years in channel discovering what it meant to be human from a Galactic and holographic standpoint, and how my entire life was about to become about showing humanity how to consume (all that is) in an abundant, celebrational frequency.
Again, my whole life has felt incredibly beyond me, I am just here for the ride apparently — good thing, I know how to ride!
How do you balance the challenges in your profession and personal lives?
For almost four years, I could barely engage with the physical world. I was in the depths of a six-year 24/7 channel experience. I could only sit, lay, listen, write, create, birth… I felt like I was living a double life, like I was on another planet by myself; it was the people, in my world that kept me grounded.
I could not “work”, I was working 24/7. My consciousness was working overtime, all I could do to stay sane was rest, listen to binaural beats, lay in the grass, and let the sunshine kiss my cheeks. I did not go online, I spent my days listening and exploring the universe, learning, training, transmuting, alchemizing; every word, every thought, every narrative that flowed through my vessel.
I then had to craft my own language, my own articulation, and a way of communicating my internal reality, in way that was tangible and digestible for all. Thankfully, my children and my husband’s reflections, allowed me to do that, quite effortlessly.
My brand (Empathic Gangster®) has completely birthed itself through me. I do not feel like I can really take much credit for it (I mean I have done all the initial design/written work myself), but I am just so inspired by humanity on a daily basis; it truly feels like the peoples’ brand.
I love listening to everyone’s hearts, desires, interests… I made sure that what I have created, is something our souls (as a collective) are longing for.
Now, that I am back behind the bar and Empathic Gangster® is in the Capital Investment process, I feel more whole, like life is tangible again.
I’ve always been enamoured with 3D art, since I was a kid and life is the greatest, trippiest representation of that art. Once you live your life behind the scenes of the energetic complex, where nothing is tangible, everything about this life is magik and an absolute treat, awe worthy, truly.
Please explain your appetite for business
It’s in my DNA. I am in love with the idea of getting to create something that blows people’s minds and imaginations out of the water. When I got out of design school, I had a concept vision of the type of artistic, social experience I wanted to bring to the world. Then Life took me on a fifteen-year detour to gather all the heart, inspiration, friends, humility, and perspective necessary to pull it off.
I have a black binder full of every person I have ever met whose heart/vibe has blown me away (and that I want to collaborate with) from the last 20 years.
As I prepare to open the doors to the first physical Galactic Attunement™ Office, here in Las Vegas. I am beyond excited to cordially invite them all to see and experience, what they have inspired.
What is the passion that drives you ?
I don’t know. There is a savage beast inside who craves freedom, adventure, laughter, and play. She has been there since the beginning. She just wants to dance, sing, make art and memories with all of her besties, infinitely. I have created a reality, that will allow her to do just that.
Did COVID 19 Pandemic affect your business/profession? If yes, how did you manage to survive? What strategies did you adopt to convert the pandemic in your favour?
Oddly enough, I had just parted ways with my previous employer and was hitting “mainstream” business burnout, when the Pandemic hit.
The pandemic was the best reflection period, I think I could have ever asked for. The channels were crystal clear; the world was reprioritizing and shedding what no longer serves. Humanity really captured my heart, in how much they reconnected with their inner child, finding ways to wholesomely entertain themselves and connect with their loved ones.
I discovered allot about what it entails to “die” in this reality and what happens after. I watched the planet be washed and cleansed from behind the scenes, received articulate clarity as to the purpose of the experience we were all undergoing.
I definitely leaned all the way into the trust and faith of the Universe, embodying its teachings; and abundance showed up when needed, with humility, perspective, gratitude, innerstanding, and self-expansion in tow.
I did test positive for COVID once, and it was quite the experience. You can read about it if you want, on http://www.empathicgangster.com. Lets just say, I wasn’t actually sick.
Your strengths that helped you in your success and shareable weaknesses which could be a learning playground for others
I was born with a zoomed out perspective and a naturally neutral disposition. I have the ability to see people’s competency, magnificence, and brilliance, simply organically (and I hold them to it). I am not a super serious person but I know the finesse of professionalism, like the back of my hand. I legitimately give a fuck about people and their happiness, so I would say all of that has really facilitated my success.
My mom taught me to always look for the silver lining, always see how the situation is serving and happening for you.
Growing up I was raised and surrounded by very competent and confident professionals. I did not have allot of perspective on the collective experienced as a whole, and in turn, I was quite the steamroller.
Discovering the beauty of sitting still and truly listening, connecting, and feeling vicariously and viscerally through other’s stories, has allowed me to grow roots in humility, compassion and understanding.
It sounds silly but for the longest time, it never occurred to me that others, weren’t raised by my parents. My husband’s journey has really allowed me to feel and process emotions and concepts I never had personal experience with. He opened a door in my heart, that I never knew existed (or was too immature) to notice before.
Mention your achievements in professional and personal lives; state the awards & accolades received till date that define your accomplishments.
My relationship with my husband and my children are by far my greatest accomplishments. I never saw myself becoming a wife or a mother; experiencing both has transformed the landscape of my heart and mind, and my entire relationship with life.
If I am being honest, I lived such a fast life before motherhood that I missed most of it. I remember that I graduated college with honours, but I was just informed recently by my mom that I received The Deans Award.
I am not someone who is awards motivated, to me it’s a piece of paper, a title or an object that requires dusting. I am incredibly relationship conscientious however, I gauge my success by the feedback of my peers, how special, heard and seen they feel in my presence.
I am incredibly honoured that I have been approached multiple times to receive an honorary doctorate in Advanced Studies of Psychology, simply based on the information I put out into the world.
What advice would you give to other aspiring to take on leadership roles in their respective fields?
Take your time, do not ignore the power of the embodiment process and the accuracy that hindsight wisdom brings to the table. I witness allot individuals simply regurgitate information they just “learned”, without taking the time to apply it and have a first person innerstanding of what the concept actually entails, before they share.
Zoom back, observe and listen more than you speak. Know that you are not an expert; you simply come from your own specific perspective, based on your own unique filtration system. Be able to admit that you barely understand what you do not innerstand.

Show up and be yourself fully, who you are behind closed doors is what the world deserves to experience. Be your silly, goofy, full throttle self; we don’t want a curated version of you, we want the real you.
Any other thoughts that you would like to share with our viewers?
All is poetry in motion. Everyone is having their perfect experience, in order to sculpt and chisel the god/goddess version of themselves to be revealed; own it, embrace it, never judge or shame your perfect experience (our anyone else’s). Learn, pivot, reenvision and remix that shit! (and allow other to do the same) love unconditionally, for we are all Galactic brothers and sisters, ethereally connected as one.
