2024 DIGITAL SPEAKER SUMMIT | INSPIRING LEADERSHIP STRATEGIES

So, the truth of the matter is, everyone is a leader in some capacity, everyone in existence is leading by example; with everything we do — someone is watching.

Today we’re going to be talking about professional, intentional and conscious leadership. It requires heart, guts and clear articulation.

When it comes to being successful in professional leadership, self mastery is absolutely foundational; knowing yourself, your strengths, your preferences and having your vision dialed in, allows you to operate from a place of stability, innerstanding, clarity and confidence.

Strategy is only a mill-a-fractal of leadership, ways of operating however are how we organically lead by example; which is more important that anything we will ever say.

If there is one thing I can highlight that will allow you to set yourself apart and take your professional and personal success to the next level its; perceive what needs to be done and do it without having to be asked ie take initiative, and anticipate the need. Not only does this illuminate your keen ability to be awareness-detailed and self driven, it adds a layer of magik and impressiveness from the audiences point of view. To them it feels like you read their mind, when in reality you’re simply being attentively perceptive.

Perceiving what needs to done, and doing it without having to be asked is a skillset that will serve in every arena, especially leadership. However, it does entail having a level executive authority and confidence in your knowing of how and when to execute, said phase.

Leadership comes in all shapes and sizes and levels of magnitude. I think a great gage for were we’re at within that scope is; if someone has to write you a todo list, you’re not in a role of top leadership, yet. No one writes the actual leader a todo list but themselves; because they know what needs to be completed and in what order, because they are the one who holds the end vision and master plan.

That being said, not everyone wants to be ‘in charge’ but may still play a leadership role. I know how important it is to have a realistic ‘lay of the land’ within the roles for the sake of clarity, effortless collaboration, execution and personal fulfillment.

You don’t even have to be that skilled as long as you are decisive in your preferences and have the ability to articulate them clearly.

As a leader having realistic, neutral conversations with yourself; as to where you are, where you want to go and what it entails to get there, are pivotal — especially in the scope of being the captain of your own ship.

When it comes to being strategic and intentional; leadership is often like playing sports. You can train, practice and prepare, you can have a game plan and plays up your sleeve but at the end of the day, the real life experience has built in organics, magik and flow that can never be anticipated or planned for. When I step on to a basketball court, I know less about every step and move I’m going to make, that the ones that I do and that’s the fun in it.

The ability to see others’ magnificence is what sets a rockstar leader apart. Someone who can see someone else’s innate talents and gifts and knows how to utilize them within the team and showcase them accurately, is a shining star.

Having an abundant, “its already done” state of mind is a must for any leadership role; this way of operating ensures forward momentum no matter what circumstances arise within the execution process of the project.

I believe that a good leader shows up, the absolute best version of themselves; but a great leader organically inspires others to do the same.

Conscious engagement in the project is vital; if you’ve ever been on a movie set and seen what it entails to bring the characters to life, its a full emersion. It’s a momentary ‘living and breathing’ that moment, until it’s complete. This level of focus and commitment to the craft is the difference between ametur and a professional.

Maturity makes or breaks success; it doesn’t matter how talented you are if you don’t have the maturity to navigate every aspect of the experience, you’re done.

A great way to check in with yourself and your maturity, to make sure that you’re ready for true leadership. Is ask yourself, ‘do I perceive life through the lens of Cosmic truth?’ Neutrality, Abundance, Unconditional Love, Unity and Optimism.

Do you do things simply for the sake of fun, self expression and play? Simply to have an awesome experience and get to know new people and have new experiences? If the answer is YES, you are going to make a fantastic leader.

If you are someone who currently takes things personally, gets defensive, is skeptical and or pessimistic; honestly, you’re in no way ready to lead anyone professionally.

The Conductor of an orchestra, is most often in a state of channel supported by muscle memory; fueled by a lifetime of experience, repetition and mastery. They are also masters at allowing the magik, music and energy of the moment to flow through their vessel, allowing themselves to be taken to a showman type level.

No matter where you are in your experience of self mastery, the fact that it is a conscious focus is all that truly matters. For all encoded Galactic magnificence is inevitable and already done.
